The main estate entrance is on Hardy Street, a short distance to its junction with the A57 and close to Junction 11 of the M60. Nearby lies the AJ Bell Stadium, the Trafford Centre and Trafford Park Industrial Estate which is the premier industrial estate in the North West.
The area around Junction 11 of the M60/A57 is part of the Greater Manchester Western Gateway which is a strategic growth location expected to deliver over £2.5bn investment and over 25,000 new jobs over the next 25 years. This includes Port Salford which is planned to be a sustainable logistics hub fronting the Manchester Shipping Canal and the A57.
